One Contractor for the Build
and Everything Inside It

SkyRock Construction is a San Antonio building and remodeling company working on both commercial and residential property. We take on ground-up commercial construction, tenant finish-outs, whole-home renovations and single-room remodels — and we fabricate and install the commercial signs, canopies and carports that go with them.

What separates us from most general contractors is that we self-perform the mechanical trades. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC are our own licensed crews, not subcontractors we are chasing for a schedule. That is the difference between a job that moves and a job that waits.

HOW WE WORK

What You Can Expect

  • We tell you what it actually costs. Estimates are itemized and fixed. If something behind the wall changes the scope, we show you the problem and price the change before we do the work — not after it shows up on an invoice.
  • We pull the permits. Permitting and inspections are part of the job, not something we hand back to you. That includes sign permits, which run on their own review track in San Antonio.
  • We keep one point of contact. You get a person who knows your job and answers the phone. You are not routed between a builder, a sign company and three mechanical subs.
  • We clean up. On residential work especially. You still live there, and the site gets swept at the end of every day.
  • We size and spec correctly. HVAC gets a load calculation. Electrical gets a load check before we add to a panel. Doing it right the first time is cheaper than doing it twice.

Call or send the details. We ask what you are trying to accomplish and what your constraints are before we talk about price.

Walk the site

We come out, measure, look at what is actually behind the wall, and identify anything that will affect scope or permitting.

Written estimate

You receive an itemized scope and a fixed price, plus a realistic schedule. Free, and no pressure to sign on the spot.

Build it

Permits pulled, crews scheduled, supervision on site. You get a point of contact who actually answers the phone.
